TO: ALL GOVERNMENT CONTRACTING AGENCIES OF THE
FEDERAL GOVERNMENT AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA
SUBJECT: SEMI-ANNUAL ENFORCEMENT REPORT
This memorandum provides interim instructions for the submission of the
Semi-Annual Enforcement Report, until such time as the reporting require-
ments in section 5.7(b) of Regulations 29 CFR Part 5, are revised.
In the past the reports have been required at the end of each six month
period during the calendar year (June 30 and December 31). In the
future, reports will be required at the end of each six month period in
the new fiscal year (October 1, through September 30). Accordingly, one
report shall be submitted for the six month period October 1 through March 31,
and the other report for the six month period April 1 through September 30
of each fiscal year. In addition, a one-time report shall be submitted for
the three month period July 1, 1976 through September 30, 1976.
