TO: All Government Contracting Agencies of the Federal
Government and the District of Columbia
SUBJECT: Revised Poster: WH Publication 1313 (May 1974)
(Walsh-Healey Public Contracts Act and Service
Contract Act)
This is to notify all contracting agencies which have the respon-
sibility under the above Acts for the furnishing of posters to
covered contractors that the attached document, which reflects
the changes resulting from the 1972 amendments to the Service
Contract Act and the recent increases in the applicable Federal
minimum wage rates, should now be distributed.
Copies of this revised poster can be obtained from:

Any stocks of previous posters (WH 1313 (Nov. 1970), SC-1, SC-2,
