WH 1313 SCA Poster

Every employer performing work covered by the Walsh-Healey Public Contracts Act or the McNamara-O'Hara Service Contract Act (SCA) is required to post a notice of the compensation required (including, for service contracts, any applicable wage determination) in a prominent and accessible location at the worksite where it may be seen by all employees performing on the contract.

A copy of the poster is available in two versions - for a color printer or black and white printer ( a printer with at least 1 MB of memory is recommended).

To use this file as a poster for your place of employment, please follow these instructions:

1. The file is only available in PDF format. In order to view and/or print PDF documents you must have a PDF viewer (e.g., Adobe® Acrobat® Reader® v5 or later) available on your workstation.
2. Click on the link for the SCA poster (color or black and white) and wait for it to load into the viewer.
3. To print, click on the printer icon within the Acrobat Reader. Do not use the browser's print feature.
4. The two printed pages must be taped or pasted together to form an 11 x 17 inch poster.
