Title: Pollution Reduction and Resources Saving Through the Use of Waste Derived Gas for Fueling a High Temperature Fuel Cell
Fuel cells are widely recognized to be ultra-clean, high-efficiency, energy conversion systems that can address the environmental impacts associated with current energy production. This project defined a fuel cell system operating on landfill gas and analyzed it in terms of the energy and environmental benefits as compared to traditional electricity generating systems. The system was also evaluated based on economic feasibility.
