In response to the March 5, 2008, decision by the U.S. Court of Federal Claims regarding the Alliant contracts, GSA will reevaluate the 62 proposals consistent with the court's decision. GSA has reviewed the decision carefully and will now implement actions to address the judge's findings and following this process, the Alliant contracts will be awarded.

While GSA remains strongly committed to the Alliant program, other Governmentwide Acquisition Contracts (GWACs) such as ANSWER (Applications 'N Support for Widely-diverse End-user Requirements), Millennia, Millennia Lite, 8(a) STARS (Streamlined Technology Acquisition Resources for Services), VETS (Veterans Technology Services), COMMITS NexGen (Commerce Information Technology Solutions-NexGen), and the Information Technology (IT) Schedule 70 programs are available to our customers to meet all of their information technology needs as well as GSA's Office of Assisted Acquisition Services for agencies desiring acquisition help using these vehicles.
