I. File Organization: The files in the estmod96 FTP directory contain estimates of poverty and income for income year 1996. There is one file that includes the data for the US and each state. On the "Tables for States and Counties by Income Year and Statistic" page, for the 1996 income year, there is one table for the US (with all the states). II.
