Subject: Wheelchair Cabins and Access

I think the cruise line has been doing a great job to make all there newer cruise ships almost 100% accessible. The problem really lies with booking agents and the cruise lines for allowing able bodied passengers to book handicapped rooms with no proof of need. I now have to book my cruises a year in advance to make sure I get a room that will accommodate my wheelchair. I can not speculate on the number of wheelchair rooms needed on each ship, but there should not be a reduction. Just regulate who gets to use these rooms and there should be enough for able and disabled. I have been of 15 cruised and I think the cruise lines have gone out of there way to accommodate me and my wheelchair. Unthoughtful and rude able bodied people who book handicapped rooms and rush ahead into the elevators are my only problems on a cruise.
