Perry. “We look forward to working with GSA associates, Federal agency customers, industry suppliers and others in the days and weeks ahead to ensure that the proposed Federal Acquisition Service is a catalyst for maximizing the value of each taxpayer dollar spent.” The draft plan separately consolidates the responsibilities for, and streamlines functions performed throughout GSA by, the Office of the Chief Information Officer and the Office of the Chief Financial Officer, respectively.
