The Building Operations and Maintenance Division is responsible for optimizing the owner's investment in the asset and managing the physical infrastructure of the workplace solution. It provides the following services to its customers:

• Develops, enhances and evaluates a system for preparing the maintenance of the Building Operations Maintenance Plan for each owned and leased asset in the PBS portfolio.
• Assesses service calls and breaks down data to determine changes or modifications to maintenance practices.
• Partners with Acquisition Management to evaluate opportunities to use our leverage to improve performance and effectiveness of our procurement programs and processes.
