Cleveland District Office Training

The Cleveland District Office offers instructional presentations to assist agencies with the management of their workers' compensation claims. The training is presented by a team of Senior Claims Examiners.

This training is designed to offer information that will enable employing agencies to follow proper procedures and control compensation costs. The training provides an overview of our program. Some of the topics typically covered include: permanent partial disability, leave reinstatement, job offers, rehabilitation, medical reports, claim forms, record keeping and documentation. These presentations are intended for agency personnel who are primarily responsible for processing FECA claims.

There is no tuition charge for the instruction. However, for any training held in Cleveland, the employing agency must cover the travel expense and per diem costs for their participants. The training may be held at the requesting agency's location if there is sufficient agency participation.

For additional information, please contact Donna Kleinhenz at (216)357-5311.
