ECAT is a company in the Construction industries (BTP) intervening mainly in the construction of the overland routes, dams and environmental protection. It is a company which is also specialized in work of High Intensity in Labour (HIMO). ECAT carried out several work with the Swiss Co-operation, the French Agency of Development (AFD) and the German Agency of technical aid (GTZ).
