4d.Progress report.
This report serves to document research conducted under a Trust Cooperative Agreement between Dow Agrosciences and ARS. Additional details for this subordinate project may be found in the inhouse project, 6402-22000-047-00D entitled, "Resistance Management and Injury Potential of Lepidopterous Pests to Transgenic Cottons." Twenty-one populations of tobacco budworm from the U. S. Cotton Belt were monitored for resistance to Cry1Ac, CryIIAb, and Cry1F which are present in transgenic cotton varieties. No tobacco budworm populations were discovered with resistance to these Cry-toxins.
