This report serves to document research conducted under a Specific Cooperative Agreement between Univiersity of Florida And ARS. Additional details for this subordinate project may be found in the in-house parent project 6402-22000-035-00D entitled, “Resistance Monitoring and Resistance Management of Lepidopteran Species Infesting Bt Cotton.” Results in 2004 showed no change in susceptibility of field-collected moths versus laboratory, Bt-susceptible insects to proteins expressed by Bt cotton.
