4.What were the most significant accomplishments this past year?
D. Progress Report. This report serves to document research conducted under a Specific Cooperative Agreement between the University of Florida and ARS. Additional details for this subordinate project may be found in the in-house parent project 6402-22000-035-00D entitled, "Resistance Monitoring and Resistance Management of Lepidopteran spp. Infesting Bt Cotton." Results from monitoring studies in 2003 showed no change in susceptibility of field-collected moths versus laboratory-reared insects to toxic proteins in Bt cotton. Studies in 2004 are on-going.
