Contractor who has its own antidrug/alcohol misuse program. Register with the FAA, Office of Aerospace Medicine, Drug Abatement Division (AAM-810), 800 Independence Avenue, SW, Washington, DC 20591.
Non-Federal/Non-Military Air Traffic Control Facility. Register with the FAA, Office of Aerospace Medicine, Drug Abatement Division (AAM-810), 800 Independence Avenue, SW, Washington, DC 20591.
Operator as defined in Sec. 91.147. Register with the FAA by contacting the FSDO nearest your principal place of business.
