Objective:
Provide internet-based delivery of information relating to Federal programs on invasive species to regulators, land managers, and the general public, as per the requirement in Executive Order 13112.

Approach:
Develop cost-effective information management systems. Build on partnerships with Federal, State, local and private organizations. Compile in one place connections to the eight Federal departments and agencies responsible for the exclusion, early detection and eradication, and long-term management of invasive species and rehabilitation of affected areas. Changed start and term dates from 2/1/2002-8/31/2006 to 10/1/2006-9/30/2011 for an additional 5 year pd. 10/17/06 klj
