To download a copy of the solicitation, go to GSA eLibrary.

• On the right-hand side you will see "Quick Schedule Go To" and a drop down box, select "73" from the drop down box and hit Go.
• Click on the "Vendors - View Solicitation on FedBizOpps" link. You will then be directed to the FedBizOpps website.
• At the FedBizOpps website, click on the "Solicitation 01" link to access and download the solicitation documents.
