I am gravely concerned over the new revisions that are being considered. There are many local providers of handicapped accessible vehicles located her in rural southwest KS, that will not be able to financially afford to revise their current fleet or purchase the new ones. The current fleets meet the needs of the communities they serve.
If this becomes law, is the gov't going to increase its pool of money for the purchase of new fleets?
