Before you login below to submit a USERRA or Veterans' Preference claim to VETS, please be sure you are familiar with the laws and procedures that apply to these types of claims. If you forget your User ID or password before you finish submitting your claim, the other information that you give below will be needed in order to log back into the system.

It is highly recommended that you enter a valid e-mail address here, because if you forget your User ID before submitting your claim, the only way we can return your User ID to you is by email. Without your User ID, you would not be able to finish submitting a claim you had already started, and you would have to re-register with a different User ID and re-enter all your information to submit that claim.
