U.S. civilian noninstitutionalized adults age 18 and older who had at least 1 visit to a doctor's office or clinic in the previous 12 months (not including visits to an emergency room) who subsequently rated their health care in the past year as <7 (table 195A), 7–8 (table 195B), or 9–10 (table 195C, the best) on a scale from 0 to 10.
