The Drug-Free Workplace Advisor has two main sections. Please choose the
section you want to use based on the descriptions below.
The Drug-Free Workplace Policy Builder section assists users to create
customized drug-free workplace policies. It also provides guidance on how to
develop a comprehensive drug-free workplace program, of which a policy is only
one component.
The Drug-Free Workplace Act of 1988 section informs employers and workers
about the Drug-Free Workplace Act of 1988, a law that requires some federal
contractors and all federal grantees to provide drug-free workplaces as a
precondition of receiving a contract or grant from a federal agency.
