Jurors of the Grand Jury of the State of Ohio, within and for the body of the County aforesaid, on
their oaths, IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE STATE OF OHIO, Do find and present, that the above
named Defendant(s), on or about the date of the offense set forth above in the County of Cuyahoga
unlawfully
knowingly and by deception obtained or exerted control over money, with the purpose to deprive the
owner, American Federation of Government Employee Local 3283, of said property or services and/or
knowingly did obtain or exert control over money, with the purpose to deprive the owner, American
Federation of Government Employee Local 3283, of said property or services which was beyond the scope
of the express or implied consent of the owner or person authorized to give consent.
The value of said property or services being $5, 000.00 or more but less than $100,000.00
contrary to the form of the statute in such case made and provided, and against the peace and
dignity of the State of Ohio,
