Twelve Federal Strategic Sourcing Initiative (FSSI) Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for office supplies are now available for agency use. The BPAs provide additional discounts to the negotiated prices already available on GSA's Schedule 75 for office supplies and enable the federal government to:

  • Achieve total cost savings while improving current service capability levels;
  • Achieve small business participation goals;
  • Obtain transactional level data to better support decision making;
  • Attain measurable environmental savings benefits; and
  • Ensure AbilityOne and TAA compliance.

The awards are the result of a collaborative team effort among customer agencies across the federal government. Under the BPA, discounts increase as the collective purchases grow across the federal government. Through this pricing structure, the vehicle truly leverages the government's buying power.

The office supply BPAs are divided into three commodity groups, general office supplies, toner, and paper. Each BPA includes one or more of these commodities. The table below lists the scope of each BPA.
