Take notice that on December 18, 2002, Natural Gas Pipeline Company of America (Natural) tendered for filing to become part of its FERC Gas Tariff, Sixth Revised Volume No. 1, First Revised Sheet No. 26W.02, effective December 18, 2002. Natural states that the purpose of this filing is to implement a permanent release of firm storage capacity under an existing negotiated rate transaction entered into by Natural and Dynegy Marketing and Trade under Natural's Rate Schedule NSS pursuant to section 49 of the General Terms and Conditions of Natural's Tariff. Natural states that copies of the filing are being mailed to all parties set out on the Commission's official service list in Docket No. RP99-176.
