AGENCY: Federal Communications Commission.

ACTION: Proposed rule.

SUMMARY: This document requests comments on a petition filed by 
Katherine Pyeatt proposing the allotment of Channel 231A at Hooks, 
Texas. The coordinates for Channel 231A at Hooks are 33-28-30 and 94-
21-32. There is a site restriction 6.6 kilometers (4.1 miles) west of 
the community.

DATES: Comments must be filed on or before September 30, 2002, and 
reply comments on or before October 15, 2002.
