SUMMARY: An open meeting of the Area 7 Taxpayer Advocacy Panel will be 
held in Los Angeles, California.

DATES: The meeting will be held Wednesday, November 20, 2002.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 
10(a)(2) of the Federal Advisory Committee Act, 5 U.S.C. App. (1988) 
that an open meeting of the Area 7 Taxpayer Advocacy Panel Committee 
will be held Wednesday, November 20, 2002, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at 
the Federal Building located at 300 North Los Angeles St., Los Angeles, 
CA 90012.
    The public is invited to offer written comments. If you would like
