October 25, 2002.
Take notice that on October 21, 2002, Columbia Gulf Transmission
Company (Columbia Gulf) tendered for filing its report on the flow-back
to customers of funds received from insurance carriers for
environmental costs pursuant to Article I(A)(2)(d) of its Docket No.
RP91-160 settlement.
Columbia Gulf states that it allocated such recoveries among

settlement.
Columbia Gulf states further that it provided a copy of the report
to all customers who received a share of the environmental insurance
recoveries and all state commissions whose jurisdiction includes the
location of any such recipient.
Any person desiring to protest said filing should file a protest
with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, NE,
