Notice of Availability of the Final Environmental Impact 
Statement (EIS) for the Proposed Outer Continental Shelf (OCS) Oil and 
Gas Leasing Program for 2002-2007

AGENCY: Minerals Management Service, Interior.

ACTION: Notice of availability of the final EIS for the proposed OCS 
Oil and Gas Leasing Program for 2002-2007.

SUMMARY: The MMS has prepared a final EIS related to the Proposed OCS 
Oil and Gas Leasing Program for 2002-2007 pursuant to section 102(2)(C) 
of the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969.
