ACTION: Notice of RTCA Special Committee 195 meeting.

SUMMARY: The FAA is issuing this notice to advise the public of a 
meeting of RTCA Special Committee 195: Flight Information Services 
Communications (FISC).

DATES: The meeting will be held August 27-28, 2002, starting at 8:30 
a.m.

ADDRESSES: The meeting will be held at ALPH Headquarters, 535 Herndon 
Parkway, Herndon, VA.
