Take notice that on November 29, 2002, TransColorado Gas Transmission Company (TransColorado) tendered for [[Page 76393]] filing as part of its FERC Gas Tariff, Original Volume No. 1, Fifty- Fifth Revised Sheet No. 21 and Twenty-Eighth Revised Sheet No. 22A , to be effective December 1, 2002. TransColorado states that the filing is being made in compliance with the Commission's letter order issued March 20, 1997, in Docket No. RP97-255-000. TransColorado states that the tendered tariff sheets propose to revise TransColorado's Tariff to reflect two amended negotiated-rate contracts with National Fuel Marketing Company and Williams Energy Marketing & Trading Company and the deletion of an expired contract with United Energy Trading, LLC. TransColorado stated that a copy of this filing has been served upon all parties to this proceeding, TransColorado's customers, the Colorado Public Utilities Commission and the New Mexico Public Utilities Commission.
