Take notice that on December 6, 2002, Guardian Pipeline Company, L.L.C. (Guardian) tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas Tariff, Original Volume No. 1, Second Revised Sheet No. 6, proposed to be effective December 7, 2002. Guardian states that the purpose of this filing is to reflect the implementation of two negotiated rate agreements with Wisconsin Gas Company and WPS Energy Services, Inc. for transportation under Rate Schedule FT-1. Guardian states that copies of this tariff filing are being served on all jurisdictional customers and applicable state regulatory agencies.
