revisions to its Market-Base Rate Tariff, FERC Electric Tariff Second 
Revised Volume No. 1, to completely update and modernize its Tariff.

    Take notice that on March 28, 2006, Brookfield Energy Marketing

Tariff Original Volume No. 1, to completely update and modernize its 
Tariff.
    Comment Date: 5 p.m. Eastern Time on April 7, 2006.
