OMB Control Number: 2900-0565. Type of Review: Extension of a currently approved collection. Abstract: Cemetery state officials' complete VA Form 21-530a to request allowances for plot or interment for veterans interred at a State-owned veterans cemetery. VA uses the data collected to determine the veteran's eligibility for burial benefits. An agency may not conduct or sponsor, and a person is not required to [[Page 14053]] respond to a collection of information unless it displays a currently valid OMB control number. The Federal Register Notice with a 60-day comment period soliciting comments on this collection of information was published on December 28, 2005 at page 76915.
