Vehicles and Fleet ServiceFederal agencies have been provided with quality vehicles and cost effective fleet management services by GSA Fleet since 1954. We proudly support more than 75 federal agencies. GSA's fleet includes automobiles; passenger vans; light, medium, and heavy trucks; buses and ambulances. Participating federal agencies are served on a cost reimbursable basis - at all-inclusive rates that are second-to-none. If your agency requires an Alternative Fuel Vehicle (AFV), GSA Fleet offers a wide variety of AFVs to assist in meeting federal agencies acquisition needs. Fleet Management Center (FMC) An agency's first step in obtaining a GSA Fleet vehicle is to contact their local FMC in the GSA Fleet Directory. Contact the closest FMC in your area to speak with a Fleet Service Representative. Accident Management Center (AMC) Agencies can count on GSA's National Accident Management Center (AMC), in Kansas City, Missouri, to provide accident management support. The AMC determines the urgency of client's needs, recommends the best solution, and maintains that information in CRASH (Collision Repair Accident & System History). Customers can reach the Accident Management Center at (866) 400-0411 for accident support from 7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. Eastern Time. For emergency and after hours needs, call Voyager at (800) 621-3588. Roadside Assistance may also be available. Drivers are responsible for reporting mishaps to the AMC. Submit the SF91, Motor Vehicle Accident Report, within five business days after the time of the crash (or next business day). FAX: AMC-KC (816) 823-3634. Maintenance Control Center (MCC) and Maintenance Programs Agencies can count on GSA to provide quick and efficient fleet maintenance support. For authorization of unscheduled repairs or service more than $100, or for any tire and battery replacement regardless of cost, please call the MCC at (866) 400-0411 from 7:00 a.m.- 8:00 p.m. Eastern Time. For assistance after-hours, or during emergencies, call (800) 621-3588. Automated Programs to Maintain your GSA Vehicle Agencies can access their billing information online, generate reports, and download billing information into Excel spreadsheets through Web Bill. Vehicle Sales Agencies that prefer to purchase a vehicle, including Alternative Fuel Vehicles (AFVs), can do so through GSA Auto Choice.
