Ten Year Hazardous Materials Incident Data
The following files contain hazardous matertials incident summary statistics
for the past 10 years. This data is current as of June 1, 2006.
Note: These are Adobe.pdf files (i.e., a file that allows you to view/print

Web site. For best viewing results, change Adobe Reader's

Note:
Starting with reporting on 2002 incidents, PHMSA is using a new definition of "serious incident". In the "Serious Incidents (New Definition)" report, years prior to 2002 are also based on this new definition. The "Serious Incidents (Original Definition)" report provides the 1992-2001 serious incidents based on the original definition.
