Take notice that on April 23, 2003, Mesquite Colorado HoldCo, L.L.C. (Mesquite Colorado) and Mesquite Investors, L.L.C. (Mesquite Investors) filed with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission a Notice of Withdrawal of the application filed in the above-referenced docket on March 21, 2003, to effectuate a transfer of all of Mesquite Colorado's membership interests in Front Range Power Company, L.L.C. to Almagre Power Holdings, LLC, a direct wholly owned subsidiary of ArcLight Energy Partners Fund I, L.P. Mesquite Colorado and Mesquite Investors state that the application is being withdrawn because the underlying transaction has been terminated.
