Director: The Director, Office of Small Business Programs, administers and implements the programs to promote the procurement opportunities for small, small socially and economically disadvantaged and small women-owned businesses, provide regulatory enforcement compliance assistance to small businesses and involve minority colleges and universities in the Department's programs.
