    e. Name of Project: Sullivan Creek Project.
    f. Location: On Sullivan Creek in Pend Oreille County, Washington.

    l. Description of the Project: The project consists of the 
following existing facilities:
    (a) Sullivan Lake dam; (b) Mill Pond dam; (c) Mill Pond historic 
site; (d) wood flume and earth canal; (e) tunnel; (f) powerhouse; and 
(g) appurtenant facilities. The project has no installed capacity.
    m. Each application for a new license and any competing license 
applications must be filed with the Commission at least 24 months prior 
to the expiration of the existing license. All applications for license 
for this project must be filed by September 30, 2006.
