National Institute for Literacy

Mission statement:

The National Institute for Literacy (NIFL) acts as a policy information pipeline between the literacy field and federal and state lawmakers, improves services to adults with learning disabilities, promotes adult literacy system reform, brings technology to the literacy field, and connects those in need of adult, child, and family literacy services with information about programs in their communities.
