Office of Fiscal Integrity (OFI)

The Office of Fiscal Integrity (OFI) ensures DOL adheres to the highest standards of fiscal responsibility. From the preparation of the Departmental financial statements to the management of numerous financial programs, precision to detail and timeliness are its hallmarks. OFI fosters the use of innovative and cost-effective methods to aid in DOL's long-term financial management planning, state of the art technologies, and strategic management concepts.


Office of Payroll Services (OPS)

The Office of Payroll Services (OPS) directs the operation of the centralized Human Resources Management System (HRMS), time and attendance subsystem, and payroll system interfaces for the Department. The Office generates HRMS reports and other data required by HR users, OMB, OPM, Department of the Treasury, and Federal, state, and local taxation authorities. OPS ensures quality control for a broad variety of HRMS and payroll services, and manages the inter-agency memoranda of understanding and service level agreements with external agencies that provide payroll processing and other HR and payroll related services.


Office of Financial Systems (OFS)

The Office of Financial Systems (OFS) provides state of the art technology to ensure the delivery of reliable, consistent, and timely financial information for DOL management, the President, other Cabinet agencies, and Congress. In addition, OFS develops, maintains, and operates DOL's centralized core financial management and other related systems. OFS also provides support for e-Travel and other President Management Agenda-related initiatives.


Office of Financial Policy (OFP)

The Office of Financial Policy (OFS) evaluate, develops, and interprets Department-wide financial policy guidance in the areas of travel, debt collection, cash/credit management, and accounting.
