PTFP Rules

The PTFP Rules are regulations adopted by NTIA to administer the PTFP program. This site contains two sets of PTFP Rules published in the Federal Register.

Current (1996) Rules. The current PTFP Rules were published on November 8, 1996 and apply to all applications submitted for the FY 2006 grant cycle.

1991 Rules. These older Rules are available here and only apply to grants awarded during the period FY 1992-1996. The 1991 Rules were published on November 22, 1991.
