ACTION: Final rule. ----------------------------------------------------------------------- SUMMARY: This rule confirms without change an interim rule clarifying existing NARA procedures relating to revoking and reinstating research [[Page 48961]] privileges. This rule will affect individuals who wish to use NARA research rooms in the National Archives Building and College Park facility in the Washington, DC, area, regional records services facilities, and Presidential libraries.
