Notice of Intent To Grant Exclusive License; John Crane Marine 
USA

AGENCY: Department of the Navy, DOD.

ACTION: Notice.

SUMMARY: The Department of the Navy hereby gives notice of its intent 
to grant to John Crane Marine USA a revocable, nonassignable, exclusive 
license in the United States to practice these Government-Owned 
inventions in the field of use of shipboard mechanical seals, rudder 
stock seals, fin stabilizer seals, bulkhead seals, bow thruster seals, 
and pump seals, as described in: U.S. Patent Number 5,025,849 entitled 
Centrifugal Casting of Composites.

DATES: Anyone wishing to object to the grant of this license must file 
written objections along with supporting evidence, if any, not later 
than August 3, 1999.
