ACTION: Notice. ----------------------------------------------------------------------- SUMMARY: This notice contains revisions being made to a list of programs and activities eligible for E.O. 12372, ``Intergovernmental Review of Federal Programs'' and a list of programs and activities with existing consultation processes. This list was originally published as a notice in the Federal Register on June 24, 1983 (49 FR 29235-29236) and was subsequently revised in Federal Register notices published on March 7, 1984 (49 FR 8495), February 7, 1985 (50 FR 5316-5317), and March 18, 1997 (62 FR 12835-12836). These publications should be referred to and except for the changes indicated in today's notice, there are no further changes being made at this time. Updated names of bureau and office Intergovernmental Review Coordinators are included in the section below for contacts for further information.
