    Notice is hereby given of a change in the meeting of the Center for 
Scientific Review Special Emphasis Panel, December 8, 1999, 8:00 am to 
December 8, 1999, 5:00 pm, Crowne Plaza Washington-National Airport, 
1489 Jefferson Davis Highway, Arlington, VA, 22202 which was published 
in the Federal Register on November 22, 1999, 64 FR 63826.
    The meeting will start at 10:00 am. The date and location remain 
the same. The meeting is closed to the public.
