Printer-Friendly Page
This function will reformat the page in order to fit all the information when printing. After selecting this option you will need to use the browser's print option.

Use of the asterisk (*) wildcard
A wildcard is used to search a string within another string.

Examples
1.  smith* = finds all records beginning with 'smith'
2.  *smith* = finds all records with the string 'smith' anywhere (beginning, middle, or end)
3.  *smith = finds all records ending in 'smith'
4.  smith = finds all records with the exact match of 'smith'
