The Plant Manager maintains a Community Advisory Panel where community concerns and questions can be raised and addressed. If there are concerns in the community, Monsanto representatives will attend local town/city hall meetings to answer questions and address concerns. Monsanto Pledge states that "Integrity is the foundation for all that we do." Integrity includes honesty, decency, consistency and courage. Building on these values, Monsanto is committed to dialogue, transparency, respect, sharing and benefits. We will act as owners to achieve results and create a great place to work. We will respect the cultural and ethical concerns of the communities where we operate, our customers and the environment will be our highest priority.
