AGENCY: Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).

ACTION: Notice.

SUMMARY: This notice amends the notice of an emergency for the State of 
Michigan (FEMA-3137-EM), dated January 27, 1999, and related 
determinations.

EFFECTIVE DATE: January 15, 1999.
