Description of Amendment: The licensee proposes to replace the existing deteriorating water conduit pipeline on Chinquapin and Camp 62 Creeks with a system where both creeks enter Ward Tunnel directly via shafts bored from both diversions. The licensee also proposes to construct a new diversion on Chinquapin Creek, decommission the old diversion, and construct two temporary access roads to facilitate the drilling of bore holes and removal of the abandoned facilities. The project boundary will not be increased to accommodate the new project works. l.
