Fina Oil & Chemical Co., Houston, TX; Notice of Termination of 
Investigation

    Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, an investigation 
was initiated on August 9, 1999, in response to a petition filed on 
behalf of workers at Fina Oil & Chemical Co., Houston, Texas.
    A certification applicable to the petitioning group of workers 
employed at Fina Oil & Chemical Co., Houston, Texas, was issued on July 
13, 1999 and is currently in effect (TA-W-36,252A). Consequently, 
further investigation in this case would serve no purpose, and the 
investigation has been terminated.
